Phone keypads are the single biggest success story for In Mould Decoration today. The main requirements are for excellent registration of the key cap legends, for flexibility to withstand the key actuation, and provision of suitable surface textures.

Aquatex FPH texturing varnishes can be used to good effect on the key caps to give a controlled texture which will not polish on forming or in use.
