AQUATEX
AQUATEXAquatex products are water based screen printable products for IMD applications. The product family consists of two distinct product types, Aquatex FPH and Aquatex SC.

Aquatex FPH (Formable Printable Hardcoat) is a range of four water based, screen printable, formable texturing inks designed for In Mold Decoration applications. These inks are compatible with the Autoflex IMD range of hardcoated films, as well as uncoated polycarbonate and the polyester based Autoflex products and a range of first surface printed graphic screen printing inks.

By blending the four inks it is possible to achieve a wide range of surface textures and gloss levels. Aquatex FPH products are all highly resistant to abrasion and to chemical and solvent attack, but are capable of being formed to extremely deep profiles in any IMD application.

Combines with the other Aquatex FPH products to give an infinite range of texture and gloss options. The textures produced are extremely hard and durable and withstand attack from a wide range of chemicals and solvents. When selectively printed it enables the integration of glossy and textured areas on a single IMD part.

Aquatex FPH Gloss Modifier is a water based screen printable gloss additive for Aquatex range. The product is not suitable for use unblended.

Combines with the other Aquatex FPH products to give an infinite range of texture and gloss options. The textures produced are extremely hard and durable and withstand attack from a wide range of chemicals and solvents. When selectively printed it enables the integration of glossy and textured areas on a single IMD part.
