 We offer a pleasant working environment in a site surrounded by trees and flanked by a small nature reserve, yet a few minutes walking distance from the centre of Wantage (see Local information page for details) and with ample car parking space. Our staff restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and early supper. The catering staff uses local produce as much as possible, offering a wide ranging seasonal choice including many vegetarian dishes.

Staff Representation
The company recognises that all staff at all levels have a valuable part to play in the success of the company. With this in mind an elected staff council was set up in 1991 as a communication and consultation body. Council acts as a forum for discussing issues such as pay, conditions, welfare, pension options and company objectives and performance.
Occupational Health
The Occupational Health department provides help with lifestyle issues on an individual and confidential basis. This might include help with giving up smoking, dealing with stress or losing weight.
Social Committee
The active social committee organises regular events, such as Christmas shopping trips or seaside and family fun days. |
