 MacDermid Autotype is located just outside Wantage (click here for detailed information on how to reach our site). There are good transport links to Wantage, with a regular bus service to Oxford. The nearest railway station is Didcot Parkway, for services to Oxford, London and the West.
Wantage is a small market town, part of the Vale of White Horse District Council. The town has many shops and restaurants and a rich historic tradition going back to the IX century. The town's population is just under 10000 and unemployment is very low thanks to the presence of a number of high-technology industries. There is a large secondary school with a very good reputation for academic achievement and as a specialist sport college.
